• Multiple style options
• Image upscaling capabilities
• User account management
• Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate content containing hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Create sexually explicit, violent, or disturbing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for spam or malicious activities
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Credits and Payment

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 3 free credits
• Each fansign generation costs 1 credit
• Upscaling costs an additional 1 credit
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

6. Intellectual Property

Regarding content and intellectual property:

• You retain ownership of text inputs you provide
• Generated images are provided under a limited license for personal use
• You may not resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission
• Our AI models, technology, and platform remain our intellectual property
• You grant us permission to use your inputs to improve our Service

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our acceptable use policies. No refunds will be provided for violations of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fansigns and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination
